I'm married, but my sex life with my husband is dead or getting there. I have a high appetite and he doesn't. We barely have sex now, and when we do have sex, there's no spark like there was when we first got married 5 years ago. He constantly tells me that he's getting old. I love him, I really do, but I can't handle this "I'm getting old" thing anymore. I'm not married to someone's grandpa. I'm 32 and he's 38. Is that old?!? Anywho, to deal with the pain of feeling like my husband's not interested in me anymore (even though he says he is), I've been having an online sexual relationship with a friend of mine. He's going through the same issues in his marriage as I have with mine and we're comforting each other, which has lead to cybersex. We go all out...webcams and microphones and telling each other that we love each other. I know many will say that that's not really cheating, but my husband would consider it cheating. I feel so guilty that I did it, but I also don't feel guilty about it. Confused huh...Yeah, me too. It's like my husband will do something that reminds me that I'm married (like when I look into his big brown eyes and he tells me he loves me without blinking) then I feel so guilty, but at the same time when he's distant from me, I don't feel guilty at all. I also have feelings for this other man that are so strong, I'm thinking about giving it all up and be with him. He's actually willing to do the same for me. This man is giving me everything that my husband isnt'. I can't really talk to my husband about the sex issue because he's ALWAYS bring up the time when the shoe was on the other foot (I was tired all the time and he wanted it all the time, but I was working 2nd shift too) and making me feel guilty about even bringing the subject up, instead of understanding why I brought it up in the first place. It kills me to hold this secret. This other man is now like a drug to me. Any free time I have alone, I go online to see if he's there. What am I to do? This feels so wrong, but this relationship with this other man feels so right. Help!

hmmm... why not set up something so your hubby can meet his wife, get them wasted, and let it all happen??? Would not be boring, for sure... but this would lead to the end.

I would say that leaving a relationship with a loving person isn't the best way to go. Especially since what you're doing is taking time away from trying to fix the marriage you already have. If you spent half of the time you spend on the computer with this guy romancing your husband things might start to look up. I think it's very understandable to try to find someone to confide in especially someone going through something similar...but there's a reason you married your husband, and there's a reason you only talk online to that guy...history. It's not everything but it's something and you owe your husband the truth but there's something he's not telling you too and you deserve to hear it. Maybe you should just sit down and say, "I am not happy." list a few reasons why and ask him what his thoughts are and what goes through his mind when he thinks of sex because he may have a perfectly legitimate reason and it is probably something you could deal with if you just sat down together and have a conversation. Distracting yourself from the problem will not fix your marriage.
<3good luck
