I just found this sight. I wish to share my confessions. I can only hope to clear up some of the guilt I have carried throughout my life.

I have been a drunk
I have been a gambling addict
I have committed adultry. Sometimes during drinking binges, other times when I was fully aware.
I have stolen money
I have stolen office supplies from work
I have lied to people who mean the most to me
I have been verbally abusive to the same
I have broken most of the 10 Commandments. I have not killed a human, but used to kill birds with my BB gun when I was a kid.
I have done a lot of terrible things in my life.
I confess that I am truly sorry for everything I've done.

making mistakes is a natural part of life. being sorry for them is also a part of life for most of us. if we never made mistakes in life then you would never know how good ( or bad) your life truley is. i have spent a lifetime making mistakes that although they hurt me they have typically hurt those who love me even more. all i can do is try not to make the same mistakes too many times. first you have to figure out what the motivation is to do what you do to begin with and then go from there. most of the time its there all we have to do is open our eyes and see ourselves for what we truely are...human. the ten commandments are good but dont beat yourself up for not being able to adhere to them like you think you should. if you could do that then you would no longer be human. my father used to tell me that the only perfect thing in the world was god all people can do is try. its when you stop trying that is the greatest "sin" is committed. i hope you find some peace. if you do send some my way i could use a dose of it myself.

You rock. You sound like the kind of man I can deal with. Let's go have a beer and shoot some dogs with my deer rifle.
