I'm a 21 year old girl and I had a very embarrassing experience on the way back from the shop this morning. I was busting for a poo when I got up but there was no toilet roll left so I had to walk down to the shop to get some more and as I was walking the need to go got so bad I was nearly pooing myself when I got to the shop. I had to clench tightly while I stood in the queue to pay for the toilet rolls and by the time I got out of the shop I was losing control of my bowels. I walked quickly away from the shop as I was pooing myself and I started to wet myself at the same time. There was no one around to see me but I felt so ashamed of myself for totally messing myself as a grown woman.
