I hate the fact that my mother in law is addicted to pain pills but what I hate the most is the way me and my husband go broke for her filthy habit.She is for ever making us feel like shit if we don't give her money for her fix.She treats everyone like dirt and could care less abouy us or any her grandchildren.She treats all her kids and grandkids like shit since her addiction has gotton out of control.I just want her to leave me ALONE.

so you and your husband are spineless. You do realize that you can cut her out of your life. Stop giving her money, change your phone number if you have to. You and your husband are weak like her if you keep giving her money for her pills. Stop your whining and stand up to her.

I too think you should cut her out of your life. You are only helping to kill her and she might do it to you or your kids. One should care for family but with limits. Drugs are something you should draw the line on.

Move.

You have to do it for your kids. After they are learning something and I doubt it is all good.

When and if she cleans up her act then you can reconsider everything.
