Well what is it exactly she is saying she can do whatever she wants about? Is it that she's not following the house rules and staying out late after curfew? Is she hanging out with people that you disapprove of? Give us more specific details as to what she's doing that you disapprove of please.

It's pretty simple, although painfull and possibly dangerous.
When a child gets to that stage, calmly tell him or her, that if he or she doesn't want to obey the rules of your house, then he or she must make his or her home somewhere else.
Maybe your daughter will think it over for a bit - and you should give her some time to do so, or she'll try to move in with a friend.
Make sure you let your relatives know what's going on so she can't bunk with any of them.
Likely as not she'll return a bit chastened by the experience of trying to live on her own, but one never knows.
I don't think, despite the risks, that you should allow her to stay in your home without attending to your rules.
She won't respect you and she really may do just what she wants if she believes she has cowed you.

Unfortunatly for her, in most states (I know Illinois is one) require the parents are responsible until the child is eighteen, unless physically/mentally disabled, then it's longer.
Kicking the child out could bring more problems. I suggest family counseling. Good luck, and I hope it works out well.

My Sisters 14 & she acts like an 18 year old the other night I heard her saying to my Mum she can do what the fuck she wants. Yesterday I saw her in a car with boys that looked rouund about 17 she looked like such a slut. Teenagers these days get away with murder. I heard her saying to her friend that she got lucky! so you cant really stop her doing what you want she will probably do it anyway.

First off I'm 23 and female. She sounds just like I was at that age. My mother did not put up with any shit. It was always no out, no t.v., no friends over, no radio, and no phone. When I acted like a baby I was treated like one. Most of the time I had to go to bed early(7:30-8:00) along with the top punishments. And then again there was the bare butt wooden paddle and leather belt across the ass spankings very embarrassing but worked it got my attention real quick. Try it I bet she learns after her 2 or 3 spanking.

NOT! My niece is 13, and told her mom the same thing. Her mom told her if she didn't obey the house rules, she had to find another place to live. She took a few clothes, left. I see her around and she has taken up with some older guys. Police have been called, but a runaway isn't on the top of their priorities. It's been almost 6 months now, and she has hooked up with a guy that I think is around 28, and I believe he is selling her out to older men. I know that now he is driving a new car, and moved into a nicer apartment, but I have heard that she has a standing reseveration at one of the seedie hotels. She is almost 14 now, and the cops don't have time to do anything about a run away. One old man in the bar was overheard telling another about this young chick he said he fucked all night, and it only cost him $500.00. He said she was only 13.
