Take the photo to a copy store if you don't have a scanner, and for a few bucks they will print up as many as you want, or, put it on a disk so you can give, mail, or email to your mom who is 110% entitled to have it. I would say, stepmom is just somewhat jealous, worried, and also insecure about the whole thing. Not an easy place to be but remember she is stepmom because she wanted you so try to also cut her some slack, especially if she's other wise good.

Well, this is going out on a limb, but I think you should send the photo and tell her that you did.
Also tell her that you don't intend to be cut off from your real mother.
Maybe that will make things harder for you, but it's necessary to good to know where you stand in order to take a stand.
