I have strong feelings for the manager at work. At first we were just friends but now I think it may be something more. If it ever got to be anything more we both would be fired and plus that would mean cheating on my boyfriend of 3 years. I don't want to do that to him but at the same time I can't help but feel this strong attraction to my manager.
The manager and I are the only 19 year olds working at a small town movie theater were everyone is either younger or older so its hard to to connect with other people because of the age difference. We are always drawn to each other. Since I can't quit because In the small town I live in there are few other jobs and I can't ask to work with other managers because he's one of 2 what should I do?

if you are unhappy in your 3 year relationship (which you've had since the tender age of sixteen!), break up and then explore the possibility of a relationship with this other man. Chances are, you won't work for the same company for the rest of your lives, and chances are, you guys are young enough to explore the relationship with no real risks and nothing but a little heartbreak if it doesn't work out.

But don't cheat. Be honest to yourself and your current boyfriend. Never cheat. Cheaters are losers, selfish and just plain ignorant. Your current boy will appreciate your honesty and it may even improve your relationship!

DO NOT DUMP YOUR BOYFRIEND! What if the "sparks" beetween you and your manager are just your imagination? Then you'll have no guy. Trust me on this one.
