I'm a nurse in the alzheimers unit of a nursing home. We still wear the old style nurses dresses minus the silly hats. The pay is good for the amount of work given, but it's a sad place to be. The patients never get visitors and even if they did, it's unlikely they would remember them.
For the most part, the patients aren't a problem, but some can be combative and angry. Some of them can be strong for their age and we have to be careful.
One of my duties is administering meds for the night shift. Most of the patients will just take their evening meds before sleep, but some patients have meds to take every few hours. I have to wake them up and they are never happy to see me.
One such patient, who I'll call Mr. C, was extremely rude and combative. Because of his alzheimers, I never took it personally. As soon as I woke him up each night, I would get a string of cussing and yelling that only stopped after he got his meds and I left his room.
That's how he was almost every night. One night, I was having such a bad shift, I wasn't in any mood for his attitude. As soon as he woke up and started his cussing, I lightly slapped his leg through his blanket but must have hit a part of his dick the way he recoiled.
I half expected to get hit and he did hit me, but he reached around and smacked my ass. Sometimes it's best to show no reaction to such things in order to not encourage it, so I ignored it. He did it again and again I ignored it.
What I found interesting about this was how it seemed to have a calming effect on him. While he usually cussed and yelled, he would just watch me quietly as if waiting for a negative reaction which he did not get. I finished with his meds and I left laughing to myself.
I had the weekend off and I always dreaded Mondays. I would always see Mr. C. last just to make sure the other patients weren't delayed with their meds. When I entered his room and woke him up, he began his stream of cursing again. I tried to calm him with soft shhhh's. He continued his verbal abuse, so I hit him through his blanket again, but this time intentionally hitting his dick.
He again got quiet, took a few seconds, then reached around and slapped my ass. I got his meds ready and while I did he continued to slap my ass. It was never very hard. It didn't hurt at all. He developed a rthym tapping me every few seconds to whatever tune played in his head.
That's how our nights went for almost a year. It was the only way to calm him. Sorry if you were looking for something more from this story, but that's really as far as it went.
