There's only one way to get help, and that is to GET HELP. Go see a therapist, with or without your boyfriend.
Get some lubricant; if you think his penis is big just how do you expect a baby to make its exit?
I bet this was a reply from a man.... go figure!
not sure there's any way to completely stop this... Sounds like you need to get in touch with a therapist. Confronting those feelings will help. Have you told you bf about this prob? maybe you should tell him too, so you guys can work on it together.

Your message was difficult to read. Therapy would be an excellent choice if you have supportive parents or you can afford it. There are several other options: 1) You can pick up a few books regarding sexual abuse, rape, and sex, 2) You can join a local group (sometimes they are held in churches), and 3) If you are in highschool or college, go see the staff psychologist, and 4) talk with you boyfriend if you feel comfortable and you think he will support you.
Those fantasies that you are having are normal. A lot of women fantasize about their rapist or inset abuser--they can be overwhelming and obsessive. You can work through those obsessive thoughts and replace them with something else. I hope you fair well. May God bless you and lead you to recovery.
Well if you have a problem with a male reply maybe you should take your post to the woman only section. Maybe you should also take your sex life to another woman; you sound like you have too many male issues at this time.
Might help to state your age.
