I worked for eleven years for one of the poorest run companies in America. The suckups did no work and got away with murder because they ratted on the rest of the help. They didn't even try to hide all the favoritism and morale was in the toilet. There was no incentive to do a good job because if you weren't a suckup it didn't matter. I was never so happy to leave a place in my life.

I hated "service" in the u.s. military too.

ONE of the MANY big frauds perpetrated on a gullible public.

Sounds like the management company my wife and I had previously rented from. There was no incentive to be a good tenant, because they treated us all like shit by letting their rentals go to pot, issueing outrages fines against tenents for bullshit charges (they accused us of having a dog which was against our lease - we did not - but it cost us $35 dollllars anyhow), and if they fixed anything, it would only be grudgingly. Often, they'd accuse the tenants of causing whatever damage, in order to get out of making repairs. After about four years of trying to just ignore the bullshit, we finally had enough, and moved out.

The great thing about a free country such as America, is you can tell your boss to shove it and move on so that 11 years later you won't have to look back and bitch about past years.
