Correct me if I am wrong, but it would appear that the words I WAS LIKE have almost replaced the word SAID on this site. Example; "I WAS LIKE WOW! AND MY FRIEND WAS LIKE WHAT? AND HER BF WAS LIKE COOL"
What grade of lowlife uneducated moron uses that kind of language and what is more to the point the fucking idiots write like that as well!

I was like; meaning not exactly the same but similar to.
I WAS LIKE A PRICK. No sorry you are a prick if you write as such.

The reason that grammar and spelling are slipping so in todays youth is because by law, teachers must teach to the lowest level in the classroom...in other words they have to dumb it down so that the video game playing slacker in the class can understand everything, while the more advanced students are getting bored and not paying attention because they already know the majority of the material. Its all because of Bush's "No Child Left Behind" Act...i have to wonder if he allowed that to pass because when he was younger he was too slow to keep up...

Possibly so, however I am directing this question to the users of this site who are supposed to be 18+, also whilst I am responding to this ......... Bush is certainly not responsible for the UK which has a similar (I WAS LIKE) problem. Their SAID substitute is WENT, i.e., SHE SAID is replaced with SHE WENT. The majority of the West Indian rooted sector of the UK community finish everything they say with INNIT? (IS IT NOT?/IS'NT IT?) and white South African's can be heard to finish off everything with IS IT? Will these misguided ones ever realiz/se how ridiculous they sound get out of this silly habit? Confused? ........ Me too

Of all the stupid-ass lingo, I hate the expression "know what I'm sayin'?" the WORST.

I've actually heard dumb-asses BEGIN a sentence with "know what I'm sayin'?"

Hell no I don't know! Tell me, then I'll know! Know what I'm sayin'?

Dumb-fucks. I weep for the future.

I feel the same about the words, "COOL" and "AWESOME."
It seems that everything that people talk about is cool or awesome. I think these are the most used words in the world.
