My favorite friend and I went on holiday to Greece. Ten days, side by side, sharing a room every night, every meal, falling asleep on her lap, sharing our fears, desires, sexual past. When we arrived in Paris for our return flight we stayed at a small airport hotel the night before, we shared a bed and we stayed up all night having sex, starting with a silly game, falling into a groping kiss and ending doing what we never dreamt we would do. Our long flight back we held hands and slept on her shoulder.

What I am saying is we stepped across every possible line and we are reconciling what we did in Paris. We have laid side by side holding hands, kissed and hugged, but we have stopped short of taking our clothes off. Do we want to, yes. But what then? If we don't control ourselves, then what? We never once before that night felt the need to be naked. Now we don't know what to do.

Aren't you over-concerned about this? By a long way. A bit of "drinking from the furry cup" doesn't define a person. If it was the real you, you'd get there some way - so what are you holding back from? If it was just for fun - and you enjoyed it a few more times - or occasionally over some time - who cares?! If you feel the urge to get naked together - do it. that's the thing about sex - it isn't rational, and you have to make your cerebral brain engage on making happen things your primal brain indicates it wants to happen. I'm hetero. male, BTW, for what that's worth (no bearing on the matter?!)

Just switch things up a little, call yourself bi privately and enjoy the orgasms your friend and you share. It doesn't mean you have to go off men forever. There's no secret meeting of the perverts club and blood oaths to worry about.

You're young yet and unless you're already hearing your biological clock ticking loudly, give yourself permission to enjoy some recreational sex. That said, if your main concern is about becoming emotionally attached as well as physically sated, then yeah, take it slow. You and your parents may have issues if you come out having fully switched sides.

And the side you haven't said much about: where is your friend's head in all of this? Is she also anxious to recreate this magical night in Paris and turn it into a commitment of some sort? Or does she see it as a pleasurable "one off" that deepened your friendship, but doesn't affect her basic orientation? Is she back to normal and hunting for that one cock she thinks she wants to settle down with? Or is she sticking close and seems to be waiting for you to make the first move now that you're home? OR, is she giving you subtle [or blatant] signals she wants to share your bed now that you're back?
