The short of it is that my girlfriend married a man. He was her boss, he overwhelmed her and didn't leave her alone. He pushed and prodded and got into her head until she couldn't push him away and married him, eloped with him really and I found out the hard way, after the fact.

He has moved in, of course he takes the room with her and he is on her 24/7. Not just sex, everything else. One night we were out and we met a party that he knew and he got mad because she didn't introduce herself as Mrs. John Doe. Everything is to make her be married, the name change, the rings. She has to wear the rings so everyone that sees her knows she is married. He kisses her in public, not on the cheek but on the mouth. He is possessive beyond belief but she seems to like it and gravitates to it and she can't say no to him. She is married now in her own head. He is the husband so that is how we live.

Once, a long time ago, right after she got married he put me where he wanted me in the house and had sex with me. My choice was to accept it or leave. I am not leaving, she is the one I love and she loves me and we have to work around it. Since we both stopped working we get our fair share of sex, neither one of us works now, wives stay home and keep house and have kids.

One day, and I don't know when he is going to have to accept that she may be married to him but she is mine, not his. Fortunately for me he has obligation sex with me only. I don't particularly like it but I have to tolerate it so I do. I don't think she likes it either but she will never say no to him.
