My family runs a nice little restaurant in a suburb of a city in the South. It's a nice place, been open for a few decades now, and I now run it since my parents left the state to live out their retirement in a nice community by the beach. The restaurant has a good reputation, even though it does not make a huge amount of money compared to my other business. I own and operate a strip club in the city, and since I took over the restaurant, I use it to hire girls who I want dancing in my club.

The ones I go after fall in two categories: Single mothers (married women cause too much trouble with this), and high school girls. The younger girls are easier, but take a bit more grooming. A good way to do it is have them come in, and then pull them aside and say you have a shortage of wait staff at your other business, and ask if they can do you a favor and cover over there, and I'll even drive them. They are naturally taken back when we get there and they see it's a strip club. But I say there is no time to being them back and walk in, and they always follow me in; it's not the best of neighborhoods. A lot of them are somewhat sheltered, and very nervous. I tell them all I want is for them to serve drinks at the bar or walk around as a waitress (or maybe shot girl). They typically do not want to, especially after they see the uniforms they would have to wear. But they are stuck, and I will not drive them back and they are too scared to call anyone to pick them up from the club. With help from the house mother, we always convince them how it's not that bad, they won't be on stage, and it's just like any normal waitress job.

Once we pressure them into doing it, I have them. I make them do a little more every so often, and I don't even ask them to come back, I just tell them. I say they've done it before, and they know what to do, and I need them there. The tips they get help out. From there I get them something a little skim pier, and I have a few dancers who flash their big money in front of them. After a while of working on them, I can get them on stage, and before you know it, they are in the VIP room, heads bobbing in the customers laps. A lot of times they get offered something by other dancers, and controlling them gets even easier. There is just something that excites me about corrupting these young innocent girls.
