It's possible she has it in her head that sexual expression is dirty (in the immoral sense, not like "mmm that's so dirty") if she was raised with that idea, and as such uses the alcohol to be able to let herself go without any guilt or anxiety...and it may be a while before she's comfortable expressing her sexuality without the alcohol, but maybe with some intimacy counseling she can get there...just a thought.
