My Bestie, Nancy, invited me over for dinner on my birthday, when I turned 16. We are about to start college together, two wide-eyed girls. It all sounds normal until you hear some back story. Nancy's mom, Ginny, sent her out for black raspberry Ice cream, insisting on the flavor and told her to try more than one place if she had a problem. Nancy was happy to do it since I gave her my keys to my VW and she did not have a car or her own.
