You are gay if you are attracted to the same sex...dressing in the opposite genders clothing could mean absolutely nothing...or it could mean you like to cross dress.
but it rarely if ever means you are gay!

I assume you have a sister and you wear her dresses and panties and bra. Do you do this in private or do you walk around in public dressed like a girl.

Yes I do have a sister and I did wear her clothes whenever I could but have sinced purchased my own small wardbrobe.
Until a few months ago I would only dress as a girl at home but have since ventured out for brief periods at night. I am a small framed and quite slim person with unusually small feet so find it easy to buy items which fit me and along with my boyish looks I can easily pass for a girl on sight. One drawback is that my voice is most definitely far too deep to fool anyone. I should point out that I have no sexual desire for an encounter with a male but simply wish to be seen as a girl. I am very confused.

No, it just means you like to dress up. I go to anime conventions myself (I am female). Guys dress up like girls there all the time, and vice versa. Plus you get to wear really neat costumes. Look up "cosplay" on a search engine.

Agree with everyone who has posted. You like what you like, you are no different than anyone, we all have our "things". Drop the guilt and you can be free with your desires. You'll be happier for it.
