hmmmm
...the bikers staring at the the cowboys, who are laughing at the hippies, who are praying to get outa here alive...
It's sad to here you've been discriminated against because of your race. I'd like to think as a pale-skinned male I'm unprejudiced. I've had a few friends with other cultural and ethnic backgrounds. They have opened my eyes up on more than one occasion. Most advertising models are still disproportionately caucasian despite a notable increase after O'bama's first election to the presidency. I know your meaning even more hardcore racism than that, even. Sadly discrimination is prevalent all around us in many forms and perpetuated by people of all colors and walks of life. I'm sure you and your friends are very accepting of homosexuality, but there are certainly a number of homophobic minorities out there, too. That doesn't excuse the racism you've encountered within the queer community. Prejudice and discrimination by one person or group doesn't excuse the discrimination and prejudices of the other. Our DNA makes us all more alike than different.
What did you expect - being gay makes yoo perfect? Gays are just as likely to be idiot racist assholes same as straight people, same as lesbians, same as anybody.
