I agree the belt is much better to teach a young girl to mind her manners, I often have to put my daughter over my knee just the other day i caught her trying my skirt on she was soundly belted for that one, If a belt is used there is no need for soap for bad language, My daughter is belted regaurdless if anyone else is there or not and always with her panties down and her bottom exposed, She is 14 and is now trying to act grown up which she is not so she is punished more often these days which is so tiresome of her, My husband leaves her punishment to me and says if she deserves it give it to her which i certainly do.
