this happened last year. for our finale we were going to make a pyramid. well i was the lightest so i was on top. the contest was in june a really hot day. so i needed alot of liquid. well we where less then 2 minutes from going up. i had so much to drinkthat i couldnt stand up. we were outside and the toilet's were across a football field. but i couldnt ran so i waddled to my position did a back flip and the splits. i knew a bit came out, then i remembered that i was having my period. i was actually relieved because i didnt want to bring my purse there so i was wearing a tampon and a pad. so i let a few squirts out thinking that would make more room. it didnt and when it came time for the finale. for this i had to have a guy throw me up and me land on all 4's. i managed to do that but my pad went to the back of my panties. to do the move i had to do a star and that's when i lost it. i completly peed myself so much that it went and made a river or waterfall. all over 7 other cheerleaders. we lost the contest and 4 of the others vomitted all over themselves. god i never want to be a cheerleader ever again.
