When I was 14 I went to the beach with my family one day, this was a really nice beach and had lots of people there. We all had a great day and eventually decided we were going to leave soon. I was planning on going out right after to a friends party so I decided that for once I would take advantage of the gross outdoor shower stalls they had on the beach. All they basically were was a washroom stall but with a shower head. Anyways I pushed the stall door open and walked in the big shower stall and closed the door and realized that the lock didnt work too well, but I figured as long as i kept the door closed I would be fine because I figured people would see that it was occupied. So I hung my towel on the door and began showering, it was kind of weird showering outside in this large stall with people walking around you but at least the water was warm. I was just about done and just shut the water off and turned around when all of a sudden I saw feet right under the door and at that very moment I heared the door being pushed and the lock gave away which let the door swing open all the way. Standing right there at the door was some random old lady (looked about 40) and her husband (looked the same age) and their little daughter (looked about 5), the lady looked so shocked when she saw me standing there naked, I quickly covered up my crotch even though I knew they had all just seen my penis. Then the lady said "oops i'm so sorry and she went to grab the door but it had swung all the way open so she ended up taking a few steps into the stall to grab it then she covered her eyes and said "sorry about that", her husband meanwhile was just at the door with their daughter laughing about the misunderstanding. Thankfully I never had to see any of them ever again and it is all just a distant memory.
